Appointment Requirements
At Wet Paws Dog Spa we groom by appointment only.
Please give us a call (330-821-9433) and we will be happy to set up an appointment for you. We are usually scheduling 4 weeks in advance so please keep this in mind when you call. We always ask at the end of your appointment if you would like to schedule your next appointment. We are able to set up as far in advance as you would like, some clients book the entire year in advance.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
If you are unable to come to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Someone else would love to have your spot. If we are closed leave a message, so we can call the next person on the cancellation list. We do require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. If you don't show up you will be charged $10.00 per appointment, per dog. We understand Emergencies happen, just please call and let us know that's all we ask. Thank you.
Important Notice:
Please remember your dog is to have all of his/her shots up to date at the time of his/her appointment. Thank you!!
We have added a PooP-Pick-up Station at the north side of the building for you to walk your pet BEFORE his/her appointment.
Melissa will call you a day or two before your appointment to remind you the date and time. It is important to have your current phone number and address on file with us, please let us know of any changes. Thank you.
